Description	:	Moses married 1st, on March 9, 1843, Harriet N Miller. They were married by Reverend George Punchard. He married 2nd, on November 18, 1845, Mary Jane Rogers of Plymouth. They published November 1, 1845 and a certificate was issued November 15, 1845. They were married by Reverend George Punchard. By the death of Moses M R Mitchell, which occurred at his residence Monday, January 22, Bridgewater has lost one of its most highly respected and esteemed citizens. By the death of Moses M R Mitchell, which occurred at his residence Monday, January 22, Bridgewater has lost one of its most highly respected and esteemed citizens. Mr Mitchell was born in this town 82 years ago, and had always lived here with the exception of two years he spent in Campton. He was a kindhearted husband and father, and in politics he was a lifelong democrat. Mr Mitchell had been in poor health for a number of years but until within a year he was able to attend his duties. He leaves a w1dow and two daughters. Emily, wife of A B Dalton of this place and Alice, wife of A F Nichols of Ashland. Funeral took place at the house Thursday, January 25th, Reverend F G Clark of Plymouth officiating. >The Ashland Citizen, January 27, 1900, p8. There is also a daughter: •Alice B Mitchell, born in Bridgewater, who was has a calculated birth date of November 26, 1857 and died October 13, 1846 in Plymouth. She married, on January 1, 1875, Alvin F Nichols who was born circa 1853. He is the son of William B and Almira (Nutting) Nichols.
