Description	:	THERE WAS ANOTHER MEMORIAL AT LOWER CEMETERY FOR MOSES WENSELL AND HIS WIFE VERLINDA. THE REMAINS AND HEADSTONE WERE MOVED FROM LOWER CEMETERY TO OAKLAND CEMETERY IN ABOUT 2007 BECAUSE OF THE DETERIORATING CONDITION OF LOWER CEMETERY. THESE TWO MEMORIALS WERE MERGED TOGETHER IN AUGUST 2021. Moved to Harper's Ferry, W. Va., August. Attached to Cavalry Brigade, 1st Division, Dept. West Virginia, and duty at Harper's Ferry and in the Shenandoah Valley until February, 1864. Action at Burlington, W. Va., October 13, 1863. Mt. Jackson and Upperville November 16. Mustered out February 5, 1864.
