Description	:	Mrs. Ann "Annie" Jennings Wages, age 76, widow of Earl Wages, of 365 New Hope Church Rd., Jonesville, died Friday, January 15, 2010 at Spartanburg Regional Hospital Mrs. Wages was born in Union, June 14, 1933 a daughter of the late Herman and Clara Prince Jennings. She was formerly employed with Milliken Co., Monarch Plant and with Michelin Tire in Spartanburg. Mrs. Wages was a member of the Greater Union Church and was first married to the late Johnny Carl Bevis. Survivors include a daughter: Bessie Brown and husband Tommy; three sons: Dean Bevis and wife Beth, Dennis Bevis and wife Mary all of Union and Bruce Bevis of the home; two sisters: Bessie Duncan and Betty Jean Hawkins of Union; one brother: Billy Jennings of Pauline; 8 grandchildren; a special great-granddaughter, Brooke McDowell of Union and 17 other great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM Monday, January 18, 2010, at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev. Brad Goodale. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Josh Bevis, Dennis Malpass, Jack Jennings, Herman Blalcock, Ronnie Belue, Tripp Duncan. Visitation will be held 7:00 until 9:00 PM Sunday evening at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Harmony Care Hospice, 700 Plaza Circle, Suite N, Clinton, SC, 29325. The family is at the home, 365 New Hope Church Rd., Jonesville, SC.
