A celebration of her life will be held on Jan. 20, 2009, at 2 p.m. at First United Methodist Church, 1111 8th Ave., Graceville, Fla., with Revs. Dan Rhodes and Jim Jines officiating. Interment will follow in Marvin Chapel Cemetery with Williams Funeral Home directing. Box 376, Graceville, FL 32440. Mrs. Pelham was born March 12, 1926, in Chipley, Fla., to Leroy and Lettie B. Jenkins Odom and spent her early years there graduating from Chipley High School. After her marriage to Patrick L. Pelham Sr. in 1943, she moved to Graceville where she resided until her death. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and greatgrandmother who was affectionately called "Mamoo." Mrs. Pelham and her husband owned and operated Service Dry Cleaners for many years until their retirement. She was an active member of the First United Methodist Church where she served in many areas: treasurer of the Mary-Martha Sunday School Class; Food Chairman of Circle III of the United Methodist Women; member of the Administrative Board; and on many various committees of the church. She received the United Methodist Woman of the Year Award in 2005. She was also a member of the Graceville Garden Club and the Red Hat Society. Preceding her in death were her loving and devoted husband of 60 years, Patrick L. Pelham Sr.; her parents, Leroy and Lettie B. Jenkins Odom; her brother, Leroy Odom, Jr.; her sister and brother-in-law, Juanita Odom Bass and Green Bass; her sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Lorene Pelham Barker and J.D. "Buck" Barker. Mrs. Pelham is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Rebecca Pelham Kelly and James W. Kelly of Marietta, Ga.; her son and daughter-in-law Patrick L. Jr. and Carol Pelham of Graceville, Fla.; her grandchildren, Kerri Pelham of Graceville, Fla.; Holly Moerkerken and husband, Jimmy of Dothan; Matthew Pelham of Albany, Ga.; Shannon Kelly Dunlap and husband Doug of Marietta, Ga.; and Betsy Kelly Mileski and husband Steve of Huntersville, N.C.; eight grand-grandchildren, Katherine Pelham; Darian, Tristan and Troy Moerkerken; Josie and Garrett Dunlap; and Seth and Sierra Mileski; a sister and brother-in-law Ochella Odom and Mike South, of Pensacola, Fla.; a sister-in-law Shirley Odom of New Zealand; nieces Kathleen Barker Turner and Abbie Barker Burdeshaw of Graceville; Linda L. Odom of New Zealand, and Maxine O. Davie of Australia; nephews Jim Bass of Chipley, Fla., and Dallas Bass of Pensacola, Fla.; Richard Odom and Daniel Odom, New Zealand; and Anthony Odom, of Australia; her devoted caregivers Deloris Carnley, Nearia Davis, Mary L. Saffold and Hazel Russ. Serving as active pallbearers will be Jim Bass, Dallas Bass, Dan Burdeshaw, Pat Burdeshaw, Stephen Burdeshaw, Chris Jewell, Kevin Jewell, Robert Jewell, John B.
