Read More	*Myra Anna Anderson Died Suddenly Thursday* Death came very suddenly for Mrs. Myra Anderson at the home of her daughter Mrs. R. H. Leinhart. Her health had been failing for some time, but she was in bed but two days before she passed away, at eight o'clock Thursday evening. The Sun joins her many friends in mourning the passing of a wonderful woman. *Obituary* Myra Anna Anderson was born January 11, 1853 near Jerryville, Illinois. On March 7, 1883 she moved to Nebraska where she has lived ever since. Mrs. Anderson taught the first school in Ewing. She continued as a teacher for several years after her marriage. On April 25, 1885 she was married to George J. Anderson and to this union two daughters were born: Mrs. Ray Leinhart and Mrs. W. A. Smith both of Chambers. Behind every long and useful life one always finds a great and over powering purpose. The purpose which so strongly influenced her life was the decision at the early age of nine years to accept Jesus Christ as her Lord and Saviour. She has, since then, been a zealous and active Christian. While living in the Harold Community she helped to found the Baptist Church of which she was a member and worker until moving to Chambers. She has always been interested in young people and for several years taught their Sunday School Class. Her recent illness made t necessary for her to be inbed for only two days before passing on at the age of 86 years 8 months and 17 days. She was a loving mother, a good neighbor and friend. She leaves to mourn her death: two daughters, five grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, one sister, Mrs. Martha Dood of Rockford, Illinois and a host of friends and neighbors. The Pallbearers were: T. E. Newhouse, Alvin Johnson, W. D. Reninger, Ed Smith, Dan Perkins, Everett Wintermote. Text Isaiah 53: 4-5 Mixed Quartette.
