She moved to Billings, Montana, where she attended business college. Myra married Dale Glen Coop on July 14, 1938, in Park City. Myra was born July 8, 1921, at Lake Preston, South Dakota, the daughter of Henry and Mary (Schmitgen) Meyer. She was raised and educated in South Dakota. She moved to Billings, Montana, where she attended business college. Myra married Dale Glen Coop on July 14, 1938, in Park City. They lived in various places and lived in Denver from 1957 to 1983, at which time they moved to Laurel, Montana. Myra had a green thumb and was a great gardener. She also loved her cats. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dale in 1987; and her daughter, Donna Lower, in 1960. Memorial service was at Smith's West Chapel. Rev. Ron Kapalka of the Evangelical United Methodist Church officiated.
