Description	:	Myron E. Ross, 77, was suddenly called home to be with his Lord on Sunday, Oct. 17, 2004. Born May 10, 1927, in Elida, Ohio, he was a dairy farmer in Lee Hall, Va., for 45 years. Following his retirement, he was employed by Denbigh Construction. Myron was an active member of Warwick River Mennonite Church and served in many church ministries. He will be lovingly remembered for his musical ability to lead congregational singing. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 57 years, Leona Ross; two sons, Gerald (Gwen) of Gloucester and Michael (Willa) of Texas; a daughter, Nicole of Chesapeake; two brothers, Dean (Irene) of Williamsburg and Charles (Charlotte) of Barhamsville; two sisters, Helen Burkholder (Lewis) of Powhatan and Gloria Flagg (Gene) of Sarasota, Fla.; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Debra Ross. The family received friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 20, at W. J. Smith & Son Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 21, in Warwick River Mennonite Church with the Rev. Gordon Zook and the Rev. Steve Gibbs officiating. Interment in the church cemetery will precede the memorial service at 2 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to The Gideons International, Peninsula North Gideon Camp, P.O.
