He was 73 years old. Myron J. Kuper was born on July 8, 1935 on a farm southeast of Lennox, SD, the son of Joe H. and Mae (Murra) Kuper. He attended rural school and graduated from Lennox High School in 1953. On Dec. 29, 1955 he was united in marriage to Ruth Greenfield at Ebenezer Presbyterian Church in Lennox. Following their marriage they farmed south of Lennox. He then owned and operated Kuper Feed and Supply in Lennox from 1970 to 1981. He was employed at Hunting Elevator in Tea and recently worked at Harvestor in Lennox. His death ended a marriage of over 53 years. Myron was a member of Turner County First Presbyterian Church, rural Davis where he served as a church officer and as treasurer. He loved spending time with his family and grandkids. He enjoyed sports and attending his grandkid's games. He had been involved with FFA and Lennox Commercial Club. He enjoyed taking his 1967 Thunderbird to Car Shows. He was preceded in death by his father on Aug. 28, 1978, his mother on January 26, 1981; three brothers, one in infancy, Harold on December 16, 1971 and Allen on August 31, 1977; one great-grand-daughter, Hannah, on Sept. 16, 2007. Grateful for having shared his life are his wife, Ruth; four children: Douglas Kuper and his wife, Tammy, of Hoskins, Nebraska, Dawn Kuper of Sioux Falls, Danelle Luden and her husband, Scott, of Tea and David Kuper of Lennox; seven grandchildren and two great-granddaughters.
