Description	:	Myrtle Hull Lauritsen was born July 25, 1880 at Nora, Nebraska, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Martin A. Hull and passed away on July 28, 1963 at the age of 83 years and 3 days. She attended the Green Plain Rural School near Nora and the Public Schools in Ruskin. She was married March 2, 1898 to Willis Dickerson, who died October 31, 1903. Read More	Myrtle Hull Lauritsen was born July 25, 1880 at Nora, Nebraska, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Martin A. Hull and passed away on July 28, 1963 at the age of 83 years and 3 days. She attended the Green Plain Rural School near Nora and the Public Schools in Ruskin. She was married March 2, 1898 to Willis Dickerson, who died October 31, 1903. There were three children born of this marriage. On January 3, 1907, she was married to Lauritz Lauritsen. In 1925 Mr. and Mrs. Lauritsen moved to Aurora where they engaged in the grocery business until the death of Mr. Lauritsen on August 27, 1952. The death of Mrs. Lauritsen follows an extended illness. She was preceded in death by one son, Floyd, who died in 1954 and one daughter, Wilma in infancy. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Clara Moddie of West Point; five grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Naomi Grenard of LaJunta, Colorado and two brothers, Roy M. Hull of Ormond Beach, Flordia and Chauncy O. Hull of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Services were held Tuesday, July 30 at the Higby Mortuary in Aurora. Officiating was Rev. Harold Ibsen, pastor of St. John's Lutheran Church in Kronborg, Nebraska. Pallbearers were Harold Nissen, Kay Gjerloff, E.A. Hoegh, O.S. Larson, Viggo Thomsen and T.A. Olsen. Interment was in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Kronborg. The Nelson Gazette (Nelson, NE), Thursday, August 8, 1963
