Description	:	HARTLAND- Myrtle Ina Marble, 90, died on November 24, 2017, in Bangor. Myrtle was born on June 16, 1927, in St. Albans, the daughter of the late Bert and Lena (Emery) Lovely. She graduated from Hartland Academy in 1945, valedictorian of the class. A graduate of Eastern Academy of Beauty Culture in Bangor, she owned and operated beauty shops in the Hartland area and also on Main Street in Pittsfield, called Lovely’s Beauty Shop. Read More	HARTLAND- Myrtle Ina Marble, 90, died on November 24, 2017, in Bangor. Myrtle was born on June 16, 1927, in St. Albans, the daughter of the late Bert and Lena (Emery) Lovely. She graduated from Hartland Academy in 1945, valedictorian of the class. A graduate of Eastern Academy of Beauty Culture in Bangor, she owned and operated beauty shops in the Hartland area and also on Main Street in Pittsfield, called Lovely’s Beauty Shop. She absolutely loved living on Great Moose Lake. Her niece, Sandy Wyman Huff and her husband, Alfred, made this possible until her passing. She is survived by her sister, Deanna Tilton of Pittsfield; step grandchildren who are out of state; many nieces and nephews; and two cousins, Betty Philbrick of Fort Fairfield and Margaret Foss of China. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard Marble; her parents, Bert and Lena; two brothers, Ransford and Marvin; and a baby sister, Geraldine, who died at 2 years of age. A graveside committal will take place at 11 a.m., Saturday, June 16, 2018, at the Pine Grove Cemetery, Route 152, Hartland, Maine. A celebration of life will follow at the camp on Great Moose Lake, 219 Cianchette Road in Hartland. All are welcome. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Hartland Historical Society Cemetery Fund, PO Box 173, Hartland, Maine, 04943. It was her passion to see a permanent home for the Society.
