Description	:	CONCORDIA -- Nada C. Demars Sicard, 70, Concordia, died Thursday, May 13, 1999, at a Concordia hospital. Mrs. Sicard worked for Rite-Way Laundry for 16 years. She also was a food server in the cafeteria at Cloud County Community College the past 30 months. She was born Dec. 25, 1928, in Aurora, the daughter of Joseph Demars and Ella Brunell. She graduated from Aurora High School in 1947. She moved to Concordia 28 years ago. Demars Sicard, 70, Concordia, died Thursday, May 13, 1999, at a Concordia hospital. Mrs. Sicard worked for Rite-Way Laundry for 16 years. She also was a food server in the cafeteria at Cloud County Community College the past 30 months. She was born Dec. 25, 1928, in Aurora, the daughter of Joseph Demars and Ella Brunell. She graduated from Aurora High School in 1947. She moved to Concordia 28 years ago. Mrs. Sicard was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, the Altar Society at the church, and the auxiliaries to the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion, all in Concordia. She married Norman P. Sicard on May 17, 1947, in Aurora. He survives. Other survivors include three sons, Michael Sicard, Riverside, Calif., and Rex Sicard and Bruce Sicard, both of Concordia; three daughters, Christine Scott, Ames, and Rebecca Huber and Brenda Kearn, both of Concordia; two brothers, Merle Demars, Concordia, and Dale Demars, Aurora; a sister, Mary Rose Wiltzius, Clifton; 19 grandchildren; and fourgreat-grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Concordia Cemetery in Concordia. Mrs. Sicard will lie in state after 9 a.m. Monday at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Chapel in Concordia where a vigil service will be at 7 p.m. Contributions may be made to the Nada C.
