Description	:	Nadine Mae Chitwood, age 83, died Friday, February 24, 2017 at Conway Medical Center. Mrs. Chitwood was born in Rocky Mount, Virginia, a daughter of the late Posey and Easter Hodges. She was predeceased in death by her twin brother Nelson, brothers Junior and Billy Hodges, and her sisters Macie Hodges and Joyce Young. Mrs Chitwood was a member of Myrtle Beach Moose Lodge 1959 for thirty two years and a member of North Conway Baptist Church. Read More	Nadine Mae Chitwood, age 83, died Friday, February 24, 2017 at Conway Medical Center. Mrs. Chitwood was born in Rocky Mount, Virginia, a daughter of the late Posey and Easter Hodges. She was predeceased in death by her twin brother Nelson, brothers Junior and Billy Hodges, and her sisters Macie Hodges and Joyce Young. Mrs Chitwood was a member of Myrtle Beach Moose Lodge 1959 for thirty two years and a member of North Conway Baptist Church. Mrs. Chitwood was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great- grandmother. She helped raise her four grandchildren and was called Grandma by everyone. Mrs. Chitwood loved to dance and sing karaoke, especially on Thursday nights at the Moose Lodge. She is a wonderful mother and she will be greatly missed by her family. Surviving are: her husband of sixty four years Henry, daughters, Donna and her husband Mike McCracken and Susan and her husband Roger Hood both of Conway, son Timmy and his wife Lora Chitwood of Galivants Ferry; four grandchildren, Adam and Jordan Hood, Lonnie McCracken, Luke Chitwood; four great-grandchildren Hayden, Kendal, Kaleb and Charlotte; brothers, Brady, David, Allen, Daniel, Leslie Hodges, all of Virginia; and numerous nieces and nephews which she loved. A graveside service will be held 12:00 PM Monday, February 27, 2017 at Hillcrest Cemetery with Rev. J. O’Dell Bradley Officiating. The family will receive friends Monday from 10-11:30 AM at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway Chapel. www.goldfinchfuneralhome.com
