Description	:	Obituary: Mrs. Nancy Walker, widow of the late Levi Walker, aged about 70 years, died suddenly last Saturday night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Cornelia Moody, near Yuma, Carroll County. Mrs. Walker made her regular home with her son, Sydney, near Wildersville and at the time of her death was on a visit to her daughter. Mrs. Walker was in usual health until bedtime Saturday night. Mrs. Walker made her regular home with her son, Sydney, near Wildersville and at the time of her death was on a visit to her daughter. Mrs. Walker was in usual health until bedtime Saturday night. After going to bed Mrs. Walker had a bad dream and wakened the family. She went to sleep again and on account of labored breathing a granddaughter attempted to awaken her. When Mrs. Moody reached her she drew but a breath or two before expiring. Deceased was Nancy Douglas, daughter of Bryant and sister of Gray, and was first married to Peter Rosser by whom she had three sons - all of whom survive -- Paley, Jim, and Jeff. Of the marriage with Levi Walker five children survive -- Levi, Robert, Bedford, Sydney, and Cornelia. Mrs. Walker was a splendid woman in every particular, and to her the devotion of her own children was remarkable. She was a lifetime member of the Baptist Church. The remains were interred at New Hope in Carroll County, Monday and the funeral service was preached by the Rev. Fleetwood Ball.
