Decker, 1020 East Main street and a resident of Wapello county practically her entire life, died at 2:30 a.m. today at her home. She was born February 29, 1880, in Bloomfield, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Hobbs. Surviving are her husband, three daughters, Mrs. Inez Widner and Mrs. Frances Cherry, both of Ottumwa, and Mrs. Mable Kost (later Mrs. Rockford Chartrand) of Las Vegas, Nev; two granddaughters, one grandson and a sister, Mrs. Ruth Shelley, Ottumwa.
