Description	:	Nancy Vollbracht, 58, of Columbus, Nebraska, died Saturday, October 17, 2015, at her home in Columbus. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 22 at 10:30 AM at the Federated Church in Columbus with Rev. Dr. Annika Lister Stroope officiating. Interment will be in the Columbus Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Gass Haney Funeral Home and continue on Thursday from 9:30 AM until service time at the church. Read More	Nancy Vollbracht, 58, of Columbus, Nebraska, died Saturday, October 17, 2015, at her home in Columbus. Nancy Vollbracht was born December 27, 1956, in Rock Rapids, Iowa, to Omer and Patricia (Grossman) Latham. She started her education in Rock Rapids, moving to Oklahoma City, and in 1971 moved to Columbus, Nebraska, where she graduated from Columbus High School in 1976. She attended Platte Community College before moving to Omaha, Nebraska, where she worked as a graphic artist for Acme Printing. In 1981, Nancy moved back to Columbus to help take care of her mother. On May 29, 1982, Nancy was united in marriage to Dennis Vollbracht at the First United Methodist Church in Columbus. Nancy worked at Adamy Printing, Family Thrift, Columbus Telegram for 15 years, Columbus High School, Ultra Graphics, Apogee, and was currently working for Performance Printing. Nancy was an active member of the Federated Church in Columbus where she had taught Sunday School and worked with the youth program. She supported her children in their extra-curricular activities – including band boosters and scouts. She enjoyed traveling and going to car shows. Nancy enjoyed doing graphic art work, and was always pleased to lend a hand to anyone who asked. Nancy is survived by: Husband – Dennis “Denny” Vollbracht of Columbus, NE Son – Justin (Tammy) Vollbracht of Columbus, NE Grandchildren – Kaylee and Jameson Daughter – Jamie Vollbracht of Omaha, NE Daughter – Carrie (boyfriend – Galen Donovan) Vollbracht of Omaha, NE Sister – Carol Latham of Lincoln, NE Mother-in-law – Carol Vollbracht of Columbus, NE Brother-in-law – Dave (Penny) Vollbracht of Wahoo, NE Brother-in-law – Mark (Lynn) Vollbracht of Columbus, NE Best Friend – Jacki Peterson of Stromsburg, NE Nieces and Nephews Nancy was preceded in death by: Parents – Omer and Patricia Latham Sister – Sharon Latham Father-in-law – Everett Vollbracht
