Ms. Dennis died of lung cancer March 20 at her home after a two-month illness. She was born June 26, 1936, in Fredericksburg, Va., and attended Glen Burnie High School. She lived in Curtis Bay for 20 years. For two years, Ms. Dennis worked as a chemical operator at Grace Davidson Chemical. She also was a barmaid for 10 years at Travis' Tavern. She was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her father, Norman Lee Hockaday. Survivors include two sons, Hank DeLost Jr. of Millersville and Frank DeLost of Curtis Bay; one daughter, Nancy Lee Bloore of Virginia; her mother, Virginia Deering of Glen Burnie; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and her former husband, Hank DeLost Sr. of Curtis Bay. Friends and family may visit from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home Interment will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
