Mrs. Hyder was born in Union on Oct. 28, 1939, a daughter of the late Roy Lee LeMaster and Lillie Mae Sinclair LeMaster. She was a member of Hebron Baptist Church and served as pianist for the Golden Agers at Ellen Sagar Nursing Home. Mrs. Hyder was a graduate of Union High School and attended USC-Union. Mrs. Hyder was born in Union on Oct. 28, 1939, a daughter of the late Roy Lee LeMaster and Lillie Mae Sinclair LeMaster. She was a member of Hebron Baptist Church and served as pianist for the Golden Agers at Ellen Sagar Nursing Home. Mrs. Hyder was a graduate of Union High School and attended USC-Union. She was formerly employed as personnel assistant with Conso Products. Surviving in addition to her husband are a daughter, Nancy Elizabeth "Beth" Lipsey of Union; a son, Donald Glenn Hyder Jr., of Union; a grandson, David Paul Medford of Akron, Ohio; two sisters, Rosa L. McDade and Joyce L. Pierce, both of Union and two brothers, LeRoy LeMaster of Myrtle Beach and Harold LeMaster of Union. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Hebron Baptist Church conducted by the Rev. Guy Langston, the Rev. Tony McDade and the Rev. Dr. Trenton Connally. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Ralph Owings, Jeff Hyder, Steve Hyder, Gregg McDade, Kevin McDade and Scott McDade. The following are asked to assemble at the church Tuesday at 2:45 p.m. to form the honorary escort: Benji McDade and Robin Owings. The body will remain at the funeral home where the family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 9 and will be placed in the church at 2 p.m. Tuesday to await the hour of service. The family is at the home, 524 Hawkins Road, Union. Memorials may be made to the Ellen Sagar Nursing Home, 1817 Jonesville Highway, Union, S.C. 29379. The S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home.
