Description	:	OBITUARY - The Glasco Sun, Glasco, Kansas Neil Bruce Halderson son of Arden and Kjestine (Beck) Halderson, was born December 23, 1909 at the farm home two miles south of Glasco, and departed this life March 30th 1937, at the age of 27 years 3 months and 7 days. He was baptized in the Lutheran church of Glasco when an infant, and was later confirmed into that congregation. Read More	OBITUARY - The Glasco Sun, Glasco, Kansas Neil Bruce Halderson son of Arden and Kjestine (Beck) Halderson, was born December 23, 1909 at the farm home two miles south of Glasco, and departed this life March 30th 1937, at the age of 27 years 3 months and 7 days. He was baptized in the Lutheran church of Glasco when an infant, and was later confirmed into that congregation. He spent his boyhood on the farm, graduating from the public school and from the Glasco High school in 1927. After graduating he chose farming as his life's work and started in with his father, later starting for himself. On June 19th 1935 he was united in marriage to Miss Nola McCollough. They moved to the Halder Olson farm south of Glasco, where he had furnished a home and where he lived until the time of his death. After a short illness caused by the flu and complications which developed from which the care of the loving hands and medical care seemed of no avail he passed away at the St. Joseph hospital in Concordia. He leaves to mourn his passing, besides his wife: his father and mother, one brother, Orval of Glasco, a score of uncles, aunts, and cousins and a host of friends. Neil was one of the community's enterprising young farmers, a young man of fine character whose friends were numbered by his acquaintances. ---
