Description	:	Nell Mosher Rush was born April 22, 1889 in Lucerne, Mo., the third child of Curtis and Cora Mosher. She departed this life Nov. 13, 1954 at her home in Cambria, Iowa at the age of 65 years, 6 months and 21 days. She departed this life Nov. 13, 1954 at her home in Cambria, Iowa at the age of 65 years, 6 months and 21 days. When Nell was a year old the family returned to Wayne County, where she spent the rest of her life. On March 17, 1909 [in Cambria, Iowa] she was united in marriage to L. R. Rush. To this union four sons were born, the eldest, Lowell W., dying in infancy. [Is this a mistake and his name should be Lavelle?] In 1908 she was converted and became a member of the Baptist Church of Cambria, Iowa. As long as her health permitted she was an active member of her church, working in Missionary society, Ladies Aid and for many years teaching a Sunday school class of little folks. She is survived by her husband, Roll; sons, Curtis of Burlington; Max and Frederick of Cambria. Also two daughters-in-law; two sisters, Mrs. Jess Snyder of Cambria and Mrs. Gordon Watson of ONeill, Nebraska; two brothers, Burt and Mardis, both of Plainview, Nebraska. She was preceded in death by her infant son, her parents and two sisters, Ila Parks and Cleo Garton. Services were held at the Baptist church in Cambria at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 15, with Rev. Blunt officiating. Burial in the Rush Cemetery near Cambria. Pallbearers were Dale Sayers, Wallace Allred, Dick Bruce, Ivan Havner, Lorie Hart and Marvin Wells. Floris Snyder, Banetah Street, Mary Brown and LaVern Street, accompanied by Deloris Hart, sang "The Old Rugged Cross" and "In The Garden." Isabel Kirchner, Lenna Sayers, Peggy Allred and Emil Bruce took care of the flowers. All of Mrs. Rush's children and sisters and brothers with the exception of Mardis, were present at the services.
