The body will be removed to the Johnson funeral chapel here awaiting completion of arrangements. --------------- "MORGAN FUNERAL," From "Ottumwa Daily Courier" Tuesday, January 11, 1944, Page 12: Funeral services for Mrs. Nellie Peterson Morgan, a former Ottumwa who died Sunday evening at her home in Rock Island, will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday from the Johnson funeral chapel in charge of the Rev. Z.E. Kellum. Burial will be in Shaul cemetery. The body will arrive at 12:55 a.m. Wednesday and will be taken to the funeral chapel. Mrs. Morgan was an ordained minister of the Free Methodist church. She was a member of the Rock Island church and had served as its pastor for a number of years. She had also been an evangelist for the church throughout the country. Mrs. Roy Davis and Mrs. Z.E. Kellum will furnish the music and pallbearers will be J.K. Baughman, C.R. Dyer, Roy Davis, Carl Maring, Eldridge McCall and Clarence Sickles.
