Description	:	From The Chestertown Transcript, Saturday, November 16, 1912, Chestertown, MD. Mrs. Nellie Loller, widow of the late Daniel S. Loller, died at the Skin and Cancer Hospital, Monday, Nov. 11, at 10 o'clock A.M. of cancer, aged 44 years. The deceased had been in the hospital for the last five months. Although she has known for the past eight months that she could never get well, yet she was always cheerful and patiently and persistently fought against the inevitable. Read More	From The Chestertown Transcript, Saturday, November 16, 1912, Chestertown, MD. Mrs. Nellie Loller, widow of the late Daniel S. Loller, died at the Skin and Cancer Hospital, Monday, Nov. 11, at 10 o'clock A.M. of cancer, aged 44 years. The deceased had been in the hospital for the last five months. Although she has known for the past eight months that she could never get well, yet she was always cheerful and patiently and persistently fought against the inevitable. She was devoted to her children and every thought was to hide her sorrow, and that she might add to their comfort and happiness. Almost her last words were "Tell them not to worry." In the hospital she was like a sunbeam, always brightening the lives around her. The nurses and doctors called her the bright samaritan and all who came in contact with her will miss her smiling face, and will mourn her loss. It was said of her "she is always cheerful," yet she suffered intensely. Her remains were brought to Sudlersville by train and interred in Sudlersville cemetery after services conducted by Rev. L. Corkran, at the home of her sister, Mrs. Mattie Jones. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Marion Parsons, of Rock Hall, Miss Myrtle Loller of Philadelphia, also four sons: Messrs. Roy Loller, Sudler Loller, Willie Loller and Irving Loller. The pall-bearers were: Messrs. Spencer Walls, Aldridge Walls, Robert Clendenny, Charles Chance and Samuel Loller. Undertaker Stafford had charge of the funeral arrangements. Note: newspapers published before January 1, 1923 are in the public domain.
