In April, 1864, he, with his parents, moved to Clarke County, Iowa. At the age of sixteen he united with the Church of the Brethren. Gordon, which union was blessed with two children, one of whom died in infancy. In the spring of 1904 he moved to Missouri, where he died after a lingering illness. Services by Eld.
