She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Charlotte (Groves) Ratcliff; husband, Earl in 1999; and a sister, Doris Fenner. Neva grew up in Lynnville and graduated from Lynnville High School in 1936. After she was married to Earl Klyn on December 28, 1938, they farmed North of Lynnville. In the early 1940's they moved to a farm by Baxter. Neva was a homemaker and farmer's wife. After "retiring" she was a cook at the Baxter Health Care Center for 13 years. She was a lifelong member of the Lynnville Friends Church and attended the UCC Church in Baxter. She was also a past member of the Baxter Kitchen Band, ODO - Old Dead Owls, and the Baxter Garden Club.
