Description	:	Nina Pearl Martin, 88, of Rileyville, died on Tuesday, April 19, 2011, at MontVue Nursing Home. She was born on Feb. 26, 1923, in Luray and was a daughter of the late Bergie Floyd and Ela C. Miller Shaffer. Mrs. Martin was a member of the Rileyville Baptist Church and a lifetime member of the Front Royal VFW Auxiliary. On Aug. 15, 1949, she married Ray Glennwood Martin, who died on Oct. 11, 1967. She is survived by a son, Michael R. Martin of Rileyville; three daughters, Patricia J. Newman and husband Terry Newman of Atlanta, Ga., Peggy D. Griffith and husband Eddie Griffith... Knight of Stanley; seven grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Verda Irene Shaffer and Joyce Susan Miller; and three brothers, Kenneth M., Garrison F. and David W. Shaffer. A funeral service was conducted on Friday, April 22, at the Bradley Funeral Home by Pastor Chris Walker. Burial was in the Beahm's Chapel Cemetery in Luray.
