Description	:	For many years, Noah owned a general store at the corner of what is now US 411 and Old Sevierville Highway, on the same side of Old Sevierville Highway as France Cemetery. Presumably, the name "Bailey Town" arose from this store. He first married Mary Ellis, his first cousin, on 25 December 1889 in Greene County, Tennessee. They had two daughters, Gracie and Virgie.
