Description	:	OBITUARY : NOAH ECCARD, well known farmer of near Wolfsville, died at Washington County Hospital Sunday morning, aged 63 years. He was the son of the late Simon and Effie (Shuff) Eccard of Wolfsville. He was a member of the Mt. Carmel E.U.B. Church. The body will rest at the funeral home in Middletown until Tuesday afternoon when it will be taken to Mt. Carmel E.U.B. Church, Garfield. Services will be held at 2:30 o'clock, the Rev.
