Born April 21, 1884 in Breathitt County Kentucky, he was the son of Alfred and Louise (Trusty) Rowe. He was a member of Quickstep Pentecostal Church of God, south of Alger, where services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. with Rev. George Hurt of Kenton officiating. Burial will be in Preston Cemetery.
