Deceased was united in marriage to Delphia Whitehead on Feb 25, 1896. To this union three sons were born, two of whom are living. An infant son preceded his father to the great beyond. Read More	Noah Eugene Taylor was born October 2, 1876, in Sullivan county, Tenn., and departed this life April 28, 1924, at Oakdale, Iowa aged 47 years, 6 months and 26 days. Deceased was united in marriage to Delphia Whitehead on Feb 25, 1896. To this union three sons were born, two of whom are living. An infant son preceded his father to the great beyond. Those living are Burl L. and Dana E., both of New Market. He leaves to mourn his departure his wife, two sons, their wives and two little granddaughters, one brother of Tenn together with a host of other relatives and friends. He was a good neighbor, a devoted husband and a kind and loving father. Early in life he was converted to Christ and has lived a faithful and devoted Christian life. He was a member of the Odd Fellow Lodge of New Market. While he had been in poor health for some six months he had only been confined to his bed a short time. He was a patient sufferer, always feeling that he should administer to his own needs rather than inconvenience others. Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon in the Christian church, conducted by Rev Lodwig. Interment was in Memory cemtery. NEW MARKET HERALD, New Market, Iowa, May 8, 1924
