His death which resulted from a heart ailment, followed a long illness. His home was at 900 north Vine street. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Coens Home for Funerals. He was married at Creston, July 3, 1928 to Cecil Marie Martin. He had been a farmer and a roofer. Mr. Green is survived by his widow; two sons, Cecil of St. Joseph, Mo. and Noah Green, Jr. of Bondurant; five daughters, Mrs. Ruby Overton of Carlisle, Mrs. Geraldine Henry of Cedar Falls, Mrs. Bonnie Reed of Winterset, Mrs. Carolyn Michael of Mount Ayr and Mrs. Pauline Flanders of Lincoln, Nebr. Two sisters, Mrs. Gussie Long of Tustin, Calif. and Mrs. Becky Hatfield of Unionville, Mo. and two brothers, Leo Green of Van Wert and Jake Green of Hopeville also survive. Three children, Noah W., Bessie and Jessie preceded him in death. Mr. Green had lived at Omaha, Nebr. before moving to Creston in 1932.
