Description	:	WINSLOW - Noella J. Rioux, 83, died Friday morning at Westgate Manor in Bangor, with family by her side. She was born in Winslow on Dec. 26, 1928, the daughter of Patrick and Beatrice (Ferland) Rossignol. She was educated in Winslow schools and was a graduate of Winslow High School class of 1947. She married the love of her life , Robert J. Rioux, on April 23, 1949. She was fond of going for meals every day at Big G's restaurant, Belanger's or Don's 107. She was predeceased by her brother, Robert Rossignol, and her brother-in-law, Lionel Collins.
