New Years Day, Jan., 1, 1936 she married Herman Ploeg. They raised their family in Avon. Nona is preceded in death by husband, Herman and sons, Waldo and Henry. She leaves two daughters, Grace (Joe) Rogers, Kihei, HI, Barbara Barnes, Avon; sister, Nadine Iversen, Everett; daughter-in-law, Linda Ploeg; and many grandchildren.
