Description	:	Norma H. Wilkinson went home to the Lord on Sept. 20, 2015, at the Norwich Town Rehabilitation and Care Center. Norma was born on July 4, 1922, in Lincoln, R.I., to the late Leon and Peggy Page. She married Royden Wilkinson on Jan. 7, 1941, who predeceased her on Nov. 6, 1986. Wilkinson went home to the Lord on Sept. 20, 2015, at the Norwich Town Rehabilitation and Care Center. Norma was born on July 4, 1922, in Lincoln, R.I., to the late Leon and Peggy Page. She married Royden Wilkinson on Jan. 7, 1941, who predeceased her on Nov. 6, 1986. Norma was a retired missionary of New Tribes Mission of Sanford, Fla. Royden and Norma were part of the original founders of Jeremy Hill Gospel Center of North Stonington, now North Stonington Bible Church. Norma resided with her son, Royden Wilkinson Jr. in Norwich, since the passing of her husband. She has a daughter, Ellen J. Latham of Tavares, Fla.; four granddaughters, a grandson, 15 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren, all residing in Florida. A private gravesite service at the will be held on Thursday, Sept. 24, 2015. A memorial service will follow at 12 noon on Thursday at Cavalry Baptist Church, 97 Route 165, Preston, her home church. All are welcome, and a reception will follow in Troger Hall at the church. Norma's faith in the Lord Jesus Christ was evident in her love for her family, friends, and those who need to come to Christ for salvation. The family wishes special thanks for all those tireless, kind, and diligent care givers at Norwich Town Rehab and Care Center. Norma was a resident there since June 2015.
