He was born Aug. 13, 1936 in Roslyn, S.D. to Elmer and Mary Stromseth. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a hard working, self-employed business owner of Stromseth Excavating in Edmond. He was also a dairy farmer, a rancher and a farrier. He was a loving husband, father, brother, son, grandfather and uncle. He is survived by his wife, Gladys Fay Brady-Driver-Stromseth; his children: Erin (Brenda) Sullivan, Dean (Connie) Stromseth, Ross (Susan) Stromseth, Teri (Mark) Rassatt, Tana (Mike) Johnson, and Sarah (Bill) Shahan. Also his ten grandchildren; multiple nieces and nephews; former spouses; and his nine siblings: Norbert (Helen), Quinten (Janis), Willie (Patty), Albin (Phyllis), Doris (Carl) Block, Darlene Oberg, Lattie (Delbert) Trautner, Margie Opitz, and Myrene (Leo) Gaikowski.
