Description	:	Norval E. Sprague, 72, a 43 year Wenatchee area resident, passed away suddenly in Las Vegas, Nevada on Saturday, March 8, 2003. He was born on April 14, 1930 at Mansfield, Washington to Charles and Bertha Sprague. He was raised on the family farm near Mansfield and later moved to Wenatchee, where he graduated from Wenatchee High School in 1948. Sprague, 72, a 43 year Wenatchee area resident, passed away suddenly in Las Vegas, Nevada on Saturday, March 8, 2003. He was born on April 14, 1930 at Mansfield, Washington to Charles and Bertha Sprague. He was raised on the family farm near Mansfield and later moved to Wenatchee, where he graduated from Wenatchee High School in 1948. He continued his education, studying Electrical Engineering in college. He met and later married Lillian P. Lorentzen on August 12, 1950. They made their home in Wenatchee until moving to East Wenatchee in 1959. On July 27, 1998, he was preceded in death by his wife, Lillian P. Sprague. He has since split his time between East Wenatchee and wintering in Las Vegas, Nevada. During the late 1960's through the early 1970's, Norval enjoyed coaching Little League Baseball in East Wenatchee. He was an avid sports fan, bowled on leagues and traveled extensively. He is survived by three daughters, Dianna and her husband, Clark Watson, Wenatchee, Carol and Rob Hoffman, Wenatchee and Joann and her husband, Jim Voege, Malaga; one sister, Viola Newson, Spokane; six grandchildren, Kristie Watson, Wenatchee, Jeff Wellborn, Frank Morse and James Doud all of East Wenatchee, Patrick Voege, Malaga and Jennifer Doud, Tacoma and three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, three brothers and two sisters. Graveside services will be held Friday, March 14th at 1 o'clock at Evergreen Memorial Park with the Rev. Don Hussong officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Wednesday from noon to 5:00 p.m. and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Arrangements are by Telford's Chapel of the Valley, East Wenatchee.
