His death was attributed to a heart attack as he was eating afternoon lunch with a neighbor when the end came. Ole was born Sept.21, 1890 to Mr. and Mrs. Ben Hauskins at McCallsburg. He came to the Rake community when a boy and worked in various places including a creamery route at Vinje for many years, operated a garage at Stevens and ran a cream route at Rake. He was married to Mrs. Inger Frietag... Read More	Ole Hauskins, 73, Dies From Heart Attack Ole Hauskins, 73, passed away at his home in Elmore at 3 p.m. Tuesday afternoon, December 3. His death was attributed to a heart attack as he was eating afternoon lunch with a neighbor when the end came. Ole was born Sept.21, 1890 to Mr. and Mrs. Ben Hauskins at McCallsburg. He came to the Rake community when a boy and worked in various places including a creamery route at Vinje for many years, operated a garage at Stevens and ran a cream route at Rake. He was married to Mrs. Inger Frietag in 1934. She passed away Sept. 26, 1948 .. Surviving are two step-daughters, Mrs .Archie (Julet) Ryg and Mrs. Alfred (Mabel ) Hannusch of Rake and five grandchildren. Also three sisters, Mrs. Carl Anderson of Elmore, Mrs. Everett Sleper of Lakota and Mrs. Joe Sandum of Rake . Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at the Shiloh Lutheran Church in Elmore. The Rev. Dale Sandstrom will officiate. Burial will be in the West Rake Cemetery with military honors as he was a veteran of World War I, having served overseas.
