| Description | : | Ole's parents were Jens Christensen Myhre and Elie Olsdatter Høva. He was baptized at the Nes Church on 8 April 1933. He was confirmed at the same church on 22 June 1851. Ole purchased the farm Øen in 1862 from mTollef Pedersen Mattismoen. About three years later, he married kari Knudsdatter Espeset on 7 January 1865. The couple were the parents of eleven children. In 1872 Ole authorized the sale of Øen and then a couple of years later he purchased the farm Braaten in Skoger parish. In August 1889, Ole and his son Carol left Skoger for America. The...
