| Description | : | Ole was born in Pudasjarvi, Finland. He immigrated to the Unites States in July of 1884. He was naturalized as a US citizen on June 18, 1888 in Hamlin County, S.D. He married Maria Karolina Linstrom, daughter of John Olaf Lindstrom and Anna Karolina Yrjason, on January 24, 1892. They had eight children-Einar, (Nestor) Ernest, Florence, Edwin, Pearl, Teckla, Gladys, and Raymond. Ole, Maria (Mary), and Gladys are buried in the Old Garfield Cemetery in Cleveland Township, Hamlin County, S.D. |
