Description	:	OAKLAND - Olive M. Chapman, 80, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 14, 2015. She was born on Aug. 29, 1935, in Fairfield the daughter of the late Mabel Crockett Lawrence Albrecht and Earl J. Lawrence Sr. Olive was employed by shoe shops, and moved onto Digital Electronics where she retired. She enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and especially cheering for her children and grandchildren at their sporting events. Read More	OAKLAND - Olive M. Chapman, 80, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 14, 2015. She was born on Aug. 29, 1935, in Fairfield the daughter of the late Mabel Crockett Lawrence Albrecht and Earl J. Lawrence Sr. Olive was employed by shoe shops, and moved onto Digital Electronics where she retired. She enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and especially cheering for her children and grandchildren at their sporting events. She chose to move home to Maine in June to finish her journey home to the Lord. She enjoyed being back home, spending time with her family that she loved so much. She will be missed and loved by her family and friends. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Norris Chapman; her grandson, Aaron Maloy; her sisters, Iva Carter, Alma Mower, and Priscilla Wing, and her brothers, Norman Lawrence, Floyd Lawrence, Colby Lawrence, and Melvin Lawrence. Olive will be sadly missed by her husband, Curtis Buyea; her children, Joel Chapman (Lisa Post), Mark Chapman, William Chapman (Shelly Brown), and Belinda Lamontagne (Derek Bonenfant); her grandchildren, Joel Chapman Jr., Rachel Portela, Shawntee Chapman, Jonathan Graves, and Naomi Macklin; her great-grandchildren, Poppy, Maisy, River, Mya, Milannia, and Amiah; her sisters, Ruth Buker, and Rebecca Clifford, and her brothers, Pastor Bill Lawrence (Elaine), and Earl Lawrence (Carol). A graveside service will be held at Maplewood Cemetery in Fairfield with her brother, Pastor Bill Lawrence officiating. Arrangements are by Lawry Brothers, 107 Main St., Fairfield.
