She attended country school in Moore Township and graduated from Geddes High School in 1940. After graduation, she worked at Hetricks Bakery and Caf?, John Blakes Coffee Shop and Gross Klean Klose in Geddes. On Nov. 14, 1942, she married Rayman Nelson in Butte, Neb. They farmed for a few years, then moved to Geddes. Her husband died on Jan. 3, 2009. She was a homemaker. She was a member of United Methodist Church in Geddes and United Methodist Women. She is survived by a brother, Otto Tronvold, Geddes; two sisters: her twin, Norma Rada; and Shirley Pederson, both of Geddes; and four nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband; an infant daughter, Marlyn; a son, Ronald; her parents and a nephew.
