He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Clara Magadalene Howe Wells , three sons, James Woodrow Wells of Georgia;, William Bryant Wells of Kings Mountain NC; and Hope of the US Navy, stationed in Honolulu, & three daughters, Bessie Mae Wells Cockfield. of Charleston, Etta Jane Bradham of Clover and Miss Ruby Wells of the home, one brother Jarvis Gordon of Lehigh, Utah and a number of grandchildren. The body will be at ML Ford & Sons Funeral Home in Clover until one hour before the services.
