Description	:	Wabash Daily May 29, 1933 The death of Oliver R. Rager occurred at his home 194 West Third Street North Manchester early Sunday morning. Mrs. Rager called him to breakfast about 8 o'clock and when he did not respond, she went to look for him and found his lifeless body in the barn. He had evidently gone out early to feed the chickens and suffered an attack of heart trouble. He had several attacks but seemed better recently. He was the son of Aaron and Lucinda Ellen Snyder Rager and was born in Wabash County August 30, 1859. He was united in marriage to Alma L Frederick of Laketon July 11, 1896 and two children were born to this union, Gordon Rager who died five years ago and a daughter Mrs. Opal Keppler of this city. Mr. and Mrs. Rager resided on a farm for several years after their marriage and 31 years ago they moved to this city. He was a carpenter by trade, a member of the Christian church and a member of the Macoabee lodge. Mr. Rager is survived by his widow, one daughter, three grandhildren Mrs. Nordus Rager, Henry Chapel, and Geneva Mae Kepplerand, one great grandchild Norma Jane Henry, and three sisters Mrs. Greey Baer of Wabash, Mrs. Joel Baer, Mrs. Adam Baer and Mrs. Dan Staver. Funeral services will be held at the residence Wednesday afternoon at 3:30 with Rev. R. A. Kauffman in charge and burial will be in the Oaklawn cemetery in this city.
