Jefferson St., was found dead at her home early Tuesday morning. She had been in failing health for some time and apparently died during the night. Born Sept. 30, 1887, in Scott, Kan., she was the daughter of Andrew and Louisa Shafer Fisher. Her marriage on Sept. 24, 1904 was to Frank Benjamin, who died Sept. 4, 1953. Born Sept. 30, 1887, in Scott, Kan., she was the daughter of Andrew and Louisa Shafer Fisher. Her marriage on Sept. 24, 1904 was to Frank Benjamin, who died Sept. 4, 1953. She was a longtime member of the Pike Creek Church of the Brethren. Survivors include three sons, Marion of Lebanon; Edwin of Stieger, Ill.; and David of Lombard, Ill.; two daughters, Mrs. Leila Lytle of Chicago and Mrs. Una Mae Rozzi of Logansport; 16 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren; a brother, Earl Fisher, of Missouri. A daughter, Laverne, preceded in death. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Pike Creek church. The Rev. Willis Maugans will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the Miller Funeral home after 2 p.m. Wednesday.
