She was born March 2, 1918 at Barada, NE to the late William and Bertha (Kuker) Honea. On June 19, 1935 she married William Duncan at Falls City. He passed away October 3, 1973. Read More	******************************************** Bernice Duncan, 89, of Wheatland, WY (formerly of Falls City, NE) passed away November 9, 2007 at Greeley, CO. She was born March 2, 1918 at Barada, NE to the late William and Bertha (Kuker) Honea. On June 19, 1935 she married William Duncan at Falls City. He passed away October 3, 1973. The couple farmed in the Falls City area and she was a homemaker. After living in Falls City, she moved to Colorado, then came back to Falls City, later moving to Longmont & Loveland, CO; she then moved to Wheatland, WY with her Daughter, Helen. Bernice enjoyed sewing, gardening and all her grandchildren. She was a member of the First Christian Church, Falls City and the First Christian Church in Longmont, CO. Bernice is survived by a son, Bud and wife Linda of Firestone, CO, daughters, Helen Shubert of Wheatland, WY, Marilyn Baudendistel and husband Bob of Loveland, CO, Karilyn Robinson and husband Bud of Griffin, GA, sister, Janice Carpenter of Falls City, sister-in-law, Darleen Honea of Falls City, many grandchildren, great-grandchildrn, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers, Orville, Owen, Gene & Dwaine Honea. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at 2:00 PM at the Allnutt Funeral Service-Macy Chapel in Greeley, CO. Graveside services will be held Friday, November 16, 2007 at 2:00 PM at the Harris Cemetery, Barada, NE, with Reverend Steven Wainwright officiating. Viewing and visitation will be at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home on Friday until 1:00 PM.
