Description	:	The Mountaineer, Big Sandy, Mont., 30 June 1927 From Hardin, Big Horn County, comes the story of a tragedy enacted on a ranch near there, during the blizzard of last May. Martin Gillis and his 22-year-old wife were living about 20 miles from Hardin. Both were ill with influenza. While the storm was at its height, Mrs. Gillis died. The next day her husband managed to reach a ranch six miles away and from there sent a message to Hardin announcing his wife's death. The body of the young woman was brought by sled much of the way to Hardin.
