Mr. Parks is survived by his widow, Lelah, and by two daughters, Mrs. Clarence Hutchison of Knoxville, Ill., and Mrs. Kenneth Warrick of Newton, and a son, Orrin Ralph Parks of Chariton. Funeral services for the deceased will be held at the Miller-Wehrle Funeral home at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 4, and the services will include Masonic rites. Rev.
