Tobias In addition to his parents, Orville was preceded by, three brothers, Rodney, Melvin and Jay Tobias, mother and father in law, Grace and Bay Beaver, 3 Brothers in law, James, Ode, and Lawrence Beaver, three sisters-in-law, Lucille, and Mary Lou Tobias, and Belle and Norma Beaver, and by one son in law, Randy Baldwin Orville retired from the City of Columbus, where he did lamp maintenance He was a World War II Navy Veteran He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Betty Beaver Tobias, who he married on October 18. 1958, in Columbus, three daughters, Linda Follis of Gallipolis, Connie Baldwin of Johnstown, and Wanda Rickett of Columbus, one son, Harold Clark of Gallipolis, nine grandchildren, Amanda Rodriguez of Gallipolis, David and Kevin Clark-of Columbus, Jennifer Braskett of Columbus, James and Jesse Baldwin of Columbus, Rachel, Mike, and Elizabeth Rickett of Columbus; six great grandchildren, Nathan McGuire, Juan Rodriguez. K 'Manon "White Cloud" and D 'Monte Braskett, Brooke and Kevin Clark Jr.; two brothers, Pete and Gene Tobias of Columbus, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m , Wednesday October 28,2009, at Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home, 810 Second Ave., Gallipolis, Ohio, with Rev. Gary Warner officiating Bunal will follow m Victory Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be David Clark, Kevin Clark, Raymond 'Chip' Tobias, Johnny Caldwell, Odie Follis, Jim Baldwin, Jesse Baldwin, William Mooney and Freddie Johnson Military funeral honors will be presented at the cemetery by the Gallia County Veterans Funeral Detail.
