Read More	Miss Osa Jean Harris Is Called To Reward Osa Jean Harris, daughter of Herman H. and Christena Harris, was born in Postville, February 20, 1896, and passed away at the family home in this city on Friday, April 25, 1924, aged 28 years, two months and five days. Her entire life had been passed in this city, where her many good qualities were known to all, and the large assemblage at the funeral to pay a last tribute of respect to her memory was evidence of the high esteem in which she was held by those who had come within the circle of her acquaintance. She was a faithful and dutiful daughter and while health permitted was a regular attendant of services and Sunday School in the Community church. She was a frail bark launched on the rugged sea of life, and for eleven years had been sorely afflicted with bodily ills from which she found no surcease until the Heavenly Father in his boundless mercy bade the wearied heart be still and called her to Eternal Rest. The funeral was held from the Community church last Sunday afternoon, conducted by Rev. J.A. Saathoff. Interment in the Postville cemetery. Family sources say her death was due to thyroid problems.
