Tom Ashby, who resided at Bridgeport for many years, passed away at Lakeland Village on June 25 and was buried in the Bridgeport Cemetery on Wednesday June 29. Tom was thrown from a horse at the age of 15 years from which he never fully recovered. He was admitted to Lakeland Village in 1934 and lived there until his death.
