| Description | : | OBIT: Otis B. DesVoigne, 71, a widely-known resident of the Kittitas Valley who had lived here 62 years, died at the Valley General Hospital here at 10:50 p.m. Tuesday. In ill health for some time, he was admitted to the hospital Tuesday morning. DesVoigne was born at Redland, Calif., and came here with his parents from Puyallup when he was nine years old.
