Description	:	Otmer "Shot" Anderson, 95, of Kenna departed this life on March 22, 2007, at Cedar Ridge Center, Sissonville, after a long illness. He was preceded in death by his precious and loving wife, Ruth Ellen Anderson, in 2005; his parents, Thomas and Rebecca Bumgardner Anderson; and several brothers and sisters. He is survived by his special niece and her husband, Carvalho and Frank Fekete of Chesapeake, Ohio, along with many other family member and close friends.
